Sudden knocking sounds in front end I developed a "knocking" sound. Called Sam. When we arrived the staff in the service bays had all customers attended to very quickly. Sam and Steve helped us with our problem. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I felt as if they went out of their way to help us and keep us updated while we waited. Plus, the drop off bays, the service counter area, and the waiting room were unbelievably clean. It was a great experience. We will definitely bring our vehicle back for routine service. We really appreciated them and the way we were treated. More

Third review submitted. Same old service issues. I gave this a poor rating due to the fact that the last 4 services I have received were bad experiences. Each time I brought my car in for an oil chan I gave this a poor rating due to the fact that the last 4 services I have received were bad experiences. Each time I brought my car in for an oil change, I requested they call me when it was finished. I didn't receive any calls and had to call back several times to find out when my vehicle would be finished. Each time it took several minutes to find my order and then let me know it was completed a couple hours ago. Very frustrating for me and my wife who was trying to get things done during the day and plan her errands to be in that part of town at the right time. I feel the communication is poor at best. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Larry Miller Honda and will have to say, their service center is top notch and communicates very well. This may not be a fair comparison but it is the only other dealership we have used to compare. Hope this helps. I'm not sure these reviews work all that well or if they even get read. More
Service Kaden met me at my car and he explained the service to me and I was very pleased with his explanation. He came by while I was in the waiting room and Kaden met me at my car and he explained the service to me and I was very pleased with his explanation. He came by while I was in the waiting room and said we needed to get an alignment done. He explained everything clearly and we agreed to do the alignment. The service was finished early and Kaden reviewed the printout with me. Kaden was very professional and always used my first name in the conversation, which I appreciated. This dealership does it right! More
