Maintenance service experience I took our car in for an oil change and was surprised they were also going to rotate the tires. I only had my driver's license and phone so turned dow I took our car in for an oil change and was surprised they were also going to rotate the tires. I only had my driver's license and phone so turned down the car wash. Then I was told the car wash was free! I had our dog and intended to walk him while our car was being serviced. Every single employee was so friendly and just seemed to love Rusty the dog. I was told it was okay to take him in the waiting area so after our walk, I got him a cup of water to take outside. My husband has always taken care of the oil changes so I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice experience it was. More
