Jeff made the vehicle buying process very smooth and transparent, and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured to do anything or buy anything I didn't want. Jeff had a great deal of knowledge and expertise to share on the Tacoma, and was easily able to answer any questions I had, even going as far as to show me his own truck (since he had recently purchased a similar Tacoma himself). Most importantly, I felt like Jeff genuinely went above and beyond to get me a fair deal on the exact truck I wanted. When Peterson didn't have the exact truck specifications I wanted in their inventory on the day I visited (I had a very precise set of specifications in mind on which I was unwilling to budge), Jeff found the exact truck at another Toyota dealership and arranged for it to be shipped to Peterson, free of additional charge to me. Within less than a week the truck had arrived, and then despite it being his day off, Jeff went out of his way to come in and help me get everything squared away so I didn't have to wait any longer to pick up my truck. All in all, my experience with Peterson Toyota was excellent. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, I you won't regret giving your business to Peterson, and I highly recommend you ask to work with Jeff. More
