My experience with Brandon Woodhouse, was awesome. He was patient, humorous and professional. His courteous manner and patience in assisting me to decide on a vehicle was. great. I do however have reservations and negative comments for the "Finance personnel named Ben". I wrote out a check for the vehicle I purchased. He was less than friendly and vague in his presentation of "Options". He was a bit condescending and could barely bring himself to say Thank you for your business. When my transaction was finished, he stood up and walked out of the office, while I was still gathering my papers. He then paused and turned around. Stood there in silence. Never once smiled or was remotely courteous at any time. Rude and most definitely needs education in communication classes and customer inter-action. Or else consider having someone else assist him through the process. More
