Very pleasent experence. I came in just looking and to maybe see what my 2006 Tacoma was worth. Yup, I drove away with a brand new 2015 Tacoma. Jerry Hill was my salesman and I came in just looking and to maybe see what my 2006 Tacoma was worth. Yup, I drove away with a brand new 2015 Tacoma. Jerry Hill was my salesman and did an excellent job working with me. No pressure and no B.S. Got a great trade in value and price on the new TACO. Walked away paying $10 a month less for the new one. Immediately, we were greeted by a friendly salesperson, Dan Willmouth. We gave him our wish list. He asked us some questions about our list and walked us out to a Hot Lava colored Rav 4.. My first thought was, "You have to be kidding me" (about the color)...we are both seniors, and thought the color might be a little bright. My second thought was "probably too small, and will not be comfortable to drive in, and probably no room for dog kennels in the back". We took it out for a test drive and found it was very comfortable and drove with plenty of power, quick to respond, easy to find everything, had more than everything we asked for, including sun roof. When we got out of the car and looked back at it, we discovered that the color no longer looked so bright...it actually turned colors with different lighting. We had fallen in love. We took it home and discovered that both medium sized dog kennels fit in the back side by side with the back seats in the upright position. UNBELIEVABLE! We also had gained, with an electronic lift gate! This RAV 4 has more room in it than a Ford Escape. We have now had the car two weeks and truly love it and are extremely impressed with the service at the dealership. More

Purhase of Prius Lease on my Prius was about up. Toyota sent letter to say I could check with dealer to continue lease or purchase vehicle or trade for new one. Aft Lease on my Prius was about up. Everyone I talked with were very nice and helpful. No pressure, just answered my questions and let me decide. I had been in a few weeks earlier and visited with Mike Mathews and he also was very helpful, however, he was not in the day I made purchase.
