To return to this dealer for anything would be self torture Came in on July 2nd to look at a specific vehicle. That vehicle sold just before my arrival to the dealership. However, they had taken in another matching the make and model in that I was looking for in on trade the night before. I was told that the vehicle would be ready in a couple hours to be seen and advised to start on some numbers (since I was already pretty set on a particular make and model) and they inspected my trade. I was clear on my payment amount, down, and my expectation for my trade. I left and came back and waited some more. I was put off and ignored. I left after investing 4 hours, seeing other deals drive off that had arrived after me. July 3rd no one had any news. July 4th I was told they were still waiting on the bank --- yet still no sale price, trade in amount was disclosed. Today was the final straw. I was told the car was finally ready. When I came in, it was the finance guy that disclosed the best deal they could find -- almost DOUBLE my payment threshold. It was insulting. Further insult was the fact that I came to the lot looking for a car priced at $12K. This car had MORE miles, MORE wear, but one year newer. They were going to sell it to me for $20K!!! But IT GETS EVEN WORSE, online it is priced at $19K. I guess they really wanted me to feel special! Mind you twice I was told that "the manager was involved" and would be keeping his eye on my deal. Gee, thanks. The last kicker is the best, blue book for this car is $16400, which this car was not worth. They ignored me, treated me like 2nd class, and insulted my intelligence. We will never return to this lot again...to do so would be self torture. More

Lindi introduced us to Brady Fuller, which was very kind and willing to help us find exactly what we wanted. He didn't push us to buy something we didn't want. He was patient and asked what we wanted in a car and found it for us. We will definitely be visiting Brady Fuller at Petersons Toyota in the future. I will also use Peterson Toyota for all my servicing needs. More

Beware of the Shady Supplies Charge! Beware of the shady supplies charge! I went in to get a replacement key for my 2008 Highlander. As if the replacement wasn't enough (neighborhood of Beware of the shady supplies charge! I went in to get a replacement key for my 2008 Highlander. As if the replacement wasn't enough (neighborhood of 300.00) they added a $18.00 supplies charged just slipped into the bill. If I hadnt read carefully I would have missed it. When asked they said it was for cleaning supplies and rags. Are you kidding me? First, did they use any of these supplies on replacing a key? Second, why not tell me that it was added? Third, what the xxxx? If you needed to charge these fees then fold them into labor. I'm a business owner. It would be like me charging our clients for toilet paper! It also took awhile for me to be credited for the money -- not without explicit complaint. Peterson Toyota is not for me. Not anymore. More

One thing I didn't like was having different services being offered to me throughout the waiting process. I liked that different employees were helping us but after the third person it was too much. Over all it was a good experience, I felt comfortable, and I love my car. I'm glad I waited for the right car, and purchased from Peterson, they're awesome. More

I had not purchased a new vehicle for over 16 years and decided to purchase a new economical vehicle. We decided on a Toyota. I was not looking forward to the car sales experience due to past hard sales and the stress that goes along with a high pressured buying experience. I have to say that I had a very good, knowledgeable , calm and non pressured sales person (Adam). Thanks again Adam Buemeler; whom I would recommend to all those looking to purchase a vehicle. More
