I was lied to about a warranty and the maniacal reliability. I bought a used car from Peterson Toyota on maple Grove and Fairview. I spent over $9000 on the vehicle. The salesman assured me the vehicle had no problems and I asked multiple times if it did and he reassured me that the car was in perfect condition and that there was absolutely nothing wrong. I checked all the fluids they looked clean and topped off. Also I should add there was a sticker on the car for a 90 day warranty and the sales person said the car qualified. 3 days later I was over at my parents house and left to go get some stuff for them at the store. When I was out my dad called me informing me that the car might be leaking. I looked under the car and saw that the power steering pump was leaking. I called the dealership and spoke the salesmen who sold me my car, he said that there was nothing he could do for me. I'm a college student and half way through school. I need a new car because my old one was on its last wheels with 260, 780 miles on her. I'm sad that this dealership took advantage of my trust. Lesson learned. More

Not only was he great to work with when I leased my 2016 Tundra, but went the extra round to help me find a way to get what I was looking for. As I did not want to drive the Tundra around town all the time, I went looking for a used car, which I was not pleased at what I could find for the price and then Richard showed me how to get into a new vehicle with something I could afford, that is when I decided to go for the Scion iM what a great little car. Post sales--bad. Wait to be helped way too long (as opposed to buying experience where they are very prompt). Inaccurate paperwork--dealership included ID sales tax despite knowing this was out of state sale. Car registration--disaster. Dealership did not provide me with certificate of manufacturing origin and did not explain process. When I called to complain, acting general manager told me "if I was going to be flippant" that he was not going to help me expedite the process for registration. I was offered a Toyota cap for my troubles.... More
