Tried to sell us an 1800 dollar warranty and would not put the 90 day on it, and we wasted almost our whole day, walked away!!!! Derik Mickey was the only helpful person in the place and we feel bad for him for working with such people. More

We purchased our Rav 4 on Nov 30, but sale was actually made over the course of the previous 2 weeks. Our salesperson, Keith Shidemantle, was the best I've ever dealt with, and I have purchased a heck of a lot of vehicles. He put in a lot of extra time and work for my wife and I discussing options and helping come to the best decision we could for our particular situation. We didn't feel pressured or swindled in any way whatsoever, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. As my wife said, Keith's card is one we will actually hold onto, because we were very pleased with our experience. This isn't the first vehicle I have purchased at Peterson Toyota, and it certainly won't be the last. I truly appreciate the experience at Peterson, as opposed to most of the other places I have been. Thanks Keith, and thanks Peterson Toyota! More
