Best car buying experience I ever had! I recently purchased a slightly used SUV from Peterson Toyota. We were in Boise for a basketball tournament and we decided to spend some of our free I recently purchased a slightly used SUV from Peterson Toyota. We were in Boise for a basketball tournament and we decided to spend some of our free time looking at cars. I was hesitant to speak to a salesperson because I had just started looking and I didn't want to feel pressured into buying something before I was ready. When I met salesman Ethan Reissig, he was extremely helpful and I didn't feel pressured in the least. I didn't feel like Ethan was trying to sell me a car as much as just trying to help me decide what was best for me. Later, I went back to my home in Eastern Idaho and continued my search. After a couple of weeks, I determined the vehicle at Peterson Toyota was the best deal for what I wanted. I called Ethan and he helped me close the deal even though it was his day off and I was located hundreds of miles away. A few days later we drove back to Boise to pick up our new car. Ethan met us there and was again extremely helpful with the process. I don't plan on buying another car for several years, but when I do, the first call I make will be to Peterson Toyota and I'm going to ask for Ethan Reissig. More

Charlie gave great communication while waiting for the car and had everything ready when it came in and even helped to make sure all my specials were accounted for. Jay was amazing and also helped with my deals and really took care of me even when the computer glitch occurred and had to resign. The accessory team(Tom) really set me up with convenient appt and a big thank you to the driver who took me home. Cary also kept me up to date with where the car was on finishing the custom details work and was quick to call when my car was done. Unexpected purchase I had no plans of purchasing a new truck, but after another repair that would be needed on my existing truck I stopped in at Peterson Toyota to see wh I had no plans of purchasing a new truck, but after another repair that would be needed on my existing truck I stopped in at Peterson Toyota to see what a new 2017 Tacoma would run me. I walked around the Tacoma's they had in Stock, when Brent Palmatier walked up and interduced himself. After explaining my reason for being there and explained this would be our 5th or 6th vehicle he asked if we would like to talk to our previous salesman, I told him know I didn't want to waste anyone's time as I had no idea what I was going to do. I told him the truck I was interested in, color, body etc. He asked if I wanted to see if they had anything coming in that might be close(I had been looking at the new Tacoma's online, but planned on getting a couple more years out of my Truck). They had the truck I had been looking at online sitting on a train in Oregon. At no time did I ever feel pressured or being forced into a sale, Brent answered my text over the next two days before I decided to make this purchase. This whole experience was great, the truck is way better than I expected. I will be back when my wife's Rav needs replaced in a few more years to Peterson Toyota and will be looking up Brent Palmatier More
