Worst I Have to say this was the worst experience I have EVER had with a car dealership. I understand they do not always tell the truth but when you are sho I Have to say this was the worst experience I have EVER had with a car dealership. I understand they do not always tell the truth but when you are shown an inspection that is done by there own mechanic and take it to your own certified mechanic and find out that there inspection was a complete lie and they are not willing to work with you at all this is not good. The heat shield under the vehicle was completely torn and could result in fire if over heated. Also the brake rotors in the front where going out. Something as small as the windshield was replaced but not sealed properly so when you actually got it on the road , turned off the AC, and radio and did have the sales person chatting about his personal life and how being a car sales person is what he imagined his life to be then you can hear the wind whistling through the window. I was also told that they can dispute my mechanics inspection but when I told them I saw these problems with my own eyes and you can not dispute that they were speechless. I was also told that they are a highly respected car dealership so even if I took them to the better business bureau one bad notch on there record would not hurt them. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING ANY VEHICLE TO YOUR OWN MECHANIC TO HAVE THEM INSPECT IT IF PURCHACING FROM PETERSON TOYATO. When you are told by your mechanic (that you have used for years) that they can not believe a huge dealership like Peterson Toyota is letting a car drive off there lot in this shape this is HORIBBLE. I want to share because I hope people do not buy this ford escape and have to deal with the problems and possible fire hazard this car could present. Or for that matter any of there cars if they can lie about one inspection what else can they lie about. More

We rested a few days before returning to Peterson Toyota and Charlie with our decision. We chose the Avalon, and Charlie helped us to choose our Limited edition. We could not be happier. Charlie explained the high Tec features of the Avalon which my well used brain quickly forgot, but the manual proved invaluable to remind me of the featured Charlie so patiently explained. More

Years of service! I had maintenance on my Tundra done at Peterson Toyota before I bought a car from them. It's the reason I went there to buy my first new Toyota, a 2 I had maintenance on my Tundra done at Peterson Toyota before I bought a car from them. It's the reason I went there to buy my first new Toyota, a 2006 Prius. This is now my fourth Toyota, a RAV4 and my second new vehicle from this dealership. Over the years, nearly 13 now, that I have been doing business with Peterson Toyota, I have seen some lapses on the service side, but this is way in the past. Everything is first class now! I've even had body work done there several times. Many compliments to Casey Cook who helped with the deal on the RAV4. He was very patient...no pressure. I had been talking with him about buying one for three years. He really knows the product and explained details about the RAV4 that were important to me, but I didn't think to ask. My overall experience with Peterson Toyota has been excellent from sales to service to body work!!! More
