After getting all of the information from my sales rep, Zach Skinner, I decided to upgrade to a new 2018 Rav4. I haven't regretted the decision once. The service department even switched the brand new ties I had just bought from the old lease to the new one for me. Zach knew what he was talking about and answered every question I had.
