I bought a used car from Peterson (For $40,000 and less than 80,000 miles on it). I drove it barely two weeks and there was a cracked head gasket. The car never over heated no lights came on nothing. I only realized there was something wrong when it started leaking. I had it towed to Peterson. The service guy that I dealt with was very nice. Thankfully I got the warranty and it has covered most of the cost, but not all of it. I had to pay more than my monthly payment to get my car back. I’m very frustrated that this wasn’t covered. It also took them two months to fix it. More

What a piece of crap dealership. I inquired online about a new Tacoma they “claimed” to have for sale. Never heard back on the Tacoma, but they keep spamming me with adds for Sequoias, and Hyundai Elantra’ a new Tacoma they “claimed” to have for sale. I didn’t find a better price, but I especially didn’t find anywhere that offered anything close to the outstanding personal customer service that I received with Troy. He was vigilant in finding a car to match my needs & when the right fit was found he headed a team effort to handle all the details in a very personalized and custom way. We went over to Petersons and Brandon helped us perfectly. He knew the product very well. He understood our concerns and helped us get into what we were looking for. It was a great experience working with him. This is our second vehicle from Peterson Toyota. Would recommend to anyone to go see Brandon Woodhouse. More
