Disappointing customer service I've had better experiences purchasing from them in the past. This was my 5th vehicle purchase at Peterson Toyota. I didnt expect the hassle I went th I've had better experiences purchasing from them in the past. This was my 5th vehicle purchase at Peterson Toyota. I didnt expect the hassle I went through or how pushy they would be this time around. The previous salesman I used retired so I was leery about who I'd be connected with. The salesman I was connected with, Curt, was a good guy. Seemed to know his stuff and was very friendly. The manager who was on at the time, however, was rude, unfriendly, and didn't seem to value my time or the fact that I'm a loyal customer. I was able to get a fair deal on the vehicle, but the whole experience, from the manager to the pushy finance guy left a bad taste in my mouth. I may discontinue using them to service my vehicles and will most likely never purchase from them again. More

I let her know what I was looking for and she provided me with numerous options. I had a dollar amount that I was willing to spend and the options I wanted. Once there, Mike Mathews was our guy. Lots of changes between 14 and 18 vehicles, and Mike spelled out everything. We found "Exactly" what I was looking for, and they fit it into my budget. I got a fair value for my trade-in and drove out with my new wheels. I love it! More

This is the second Highlander I have bough I just purchased a new 2018 Highlander from Peterson's Toyota, and Troy Woodward is my salesman by choice. This is the second Highlander I have bought through Troy because he is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he is honest. I'm sure they are all great here - but my preference will always be Troy. I have used Peterson's Service department, and the staff both in the office , shop and Parts are always courteous and helpful. I do not have a single complaint or suggestion for doing something better because I believe this dealership and their staff all go above and beyond to be sure their customers are taken care of. Also really like Noy who answers all my questions when I cant figure out how to change or set something in my new car.
