I have tried to purchase a vehicle from this Dealership on multiple occasions. They just never have the inventory. There was one bright spot and that was the last employee that tried to help me. Her name a on multiple occasions. They just never have the inventory. There was one bright spot and that was the last employee that tried to help me. Her name as Katlyn. When the Sales Manager leaves you a voicemail and states no call should request the General Manager get involved and he leaves the General phone number going through the switch board you should not be grilled as to why your asking to talk to the Sales Manager Rudy Lopez. The switchboard operator should get you to the person you requested without smart remarks. This is. About the same as when I asked to talk to the General Manager. Ironicly, I got calls from every manager but the General Manager. When I called back for the Sales Manager Rudy Lopez (a month ago) and confirmed he was there he never called back till the following day stating he was not in when I called. He was unaware that I confirmed with his staff he was present. At that point having lied to me I felt it was not worth calling back. I waited and called back later as I receive e mails from Peterson as to their sales events. I wanted to let him know I was going to be coming in to meet with Katlyn who had done a great job on the phone. So I called the number Rudy gave me and when I asked for Rudy after my 5th attempt to contact him the receptionist asked what she could do the help and I said I would like to talk to Rudy. She paused and said he was a manager. I said I was aware of that was he in. Unfortunately she had an attitude as to my request so I felt it was not worth it to deal with that kind of professionalism. I just ended the call. More

With the help of Troy Woodward and supporting staff (Aaron and Sean and others whose names I didn’t catch), we recently purchased a hybrid RAV4 from Peterson Toyota. From the beginning, Troy was helpf (Aaron and Sean and others whose names I didn’t catch), we recently purchased a hybrid RAV4 from Peterson Toyota. From the beginning, Troy was helpful; he helped identify which version of the many possibilities fit our needs, gave us a good price and facilitated everything along the way. I really appreciated that he kept in touch with us, and was responsive when I had questions. This is our third vehicle from Peterson, and the service has been excellent each time. Thanks, Troy and everyone! More
From the time I stepped on the lot Josh C. was there to greet me and help with the purchase of my new-to-me Avalon. There weren't any hybrids on the lot but he didn't stop there. We ended up going into the service department to look at the one they just took in on trade that was still undergoing the inspection. It was a few days in the making but Josh kept true to his word and walked me through it every step of the way; even after the paperwork had been signed. Thank you Josh for a job very well done! More

Despite the global chip shortage, with patience potential buyers can ultimately find the car they are looking for. Peterson sales rep, Tony Peck stayed with me for the past few months and I appreciate his persistence because he recently found an allocated Tacoma Limited and I paid MSRP. The chip shortage has hurt everyone, especially car sales in the past year. No doubt the lots have a dearth of inventory. Some dealerships are recuperating losses with strategies that prey on desperate buyers and apply euphemistic terms like ‘market adjustment’ and ‘mark up.’ When the global crisis ends and it will end, people will remember the dealerships who took advantage of potential customers and avoid patronizing them. They will also remember the dealerships that resisted such undignified practices and will take their business there. More
