First time buying a new car I was going to Toyota to check out the Tacoma’s because I saw a sale they had online and when I was walking around Casey Cook approached me and at fir I was going to Toyota to check out the Tacoma’s because I saw a sale they had online and when I was walking around Casey Cook approached me and at first I was like uhh I just wanna look at these trucks in peace but then he introduced himself and was just super knowledgeable about the Tacoma’s and I was actually very thankful because he informed me on a lot of info I didn’t even know and he didn’t once try to sell me on the truck he just told me all about the features and the different styles and answered a few questions I had and then handed me his card and let me know he’d be inside if I needed anything after some searching I found one I really liked and when I went to go find him he was actually already coming to find me when one he thought I would like and then through the whole process of buying it he was super kind and helpful and definitely made the experience great I will definitely come to him in the future!
