When i returned on 2/28 to pick up my car he was there waiting for me with a finance person to give my payment too. He then asked me if i wanted him to take me out on another test drive in case i needed any items explained to me. I said no then he said if i had any questions i could come by the dealership anytime for advice. More

Recent Tacoma Pro TRD Off-Road experience I went into the dealership b.c. I felt positive about the salesman, Rio Love. He is knowledgeable, accurate, thorough, and does not mislead folks. Though I did not particularly enjoy spending 5 hours in the dealership that night after work, I had done my research and was intent to reach my goal. I believe that I rec'd a fair trade on my 2016 Dodge Challenger, and I believe the folks at Peterson worked with me on overall price. What I was extremely unhappy with is the mix-up during the meeting with the financing officer. This person might have heard, but did not listen/apply my request: I wrote a separate out-of-pocket check to cover a portion of the accessories I added. The finance officer placed this money toward the cost of the vehicle, which was a blunderous error. On (3) separate occasions I attempted to explain and rectify this Peterson mistake with various folks at Peterson, which was to no avail. What I would HIGHLY suggest to folks when dealing with Peterson or any dealership is this: QUESTION, Check, Double Check, Triple Check EVERYTHING, including all documentation, verbal 'promises', LABOR added to accessory installation, dates, lowest possible interest rate, financing (+ charges), warranty info, and bottom line price. More

Over the years I have had the opportunity to buy many vehicles. Most were like offering an arm or a leg for the dealer to give me an acceptable deal. Rick understood from the beginning what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. We settled on a deal on a 2019 Tacoma with off road & technology packages. Thanks Rick for a great deal and a beautiful deal. Have not used Customer Service yet so no rating given below. If CS is as good as the rest of my experience I am sure it will be 5 star as well. More
