His customer service was perfect(not annoying over the top), he is intelligent and timely the respected my knowledge, and demonstrated honesty and integrity when the car the was ordered did not arrive with the right options. The thing he demonstatred the most was emotional intelligent (EQ). He was never anxious, pushy or impatient. He definitely has people skills. As a short 60 year old woman (intelligent) who usually gets patronizing salesman, Ethan was refreshing. More

This is my 3rd car purchase from Peterson Toyota! 18 years ago, I bought a 2002 Toyota, Sequoia, from Shawn Lancaster. A few years later, we bought a beautiful used car for my daughter, again through 18 years ago, I bought a 2002 Toyota, Sequoia, from Shawn Lancaster. A few years later, we bought a beautiful used car for my daughter, again through Shawn. Still driving my 2002 Sequoia in 2018, I contacted Shawn regarding purchasing a new 4-Runner, when I retired and moved back to Idaho in January 2019. I met with Shawn in Oct., who is now in management. He turned me over to Casey Cook to assist with the purchase, but stayed close during the process. What impresses me most with Shawn and now Casey, is their in depth knowledge of the Toyota vehicles and their soft sales approach. Casey made the purchase of my new TRD 4-Runner, flow with ease. I also want to say Skylar, in accessories, was an outstanding assist in helping me to decide on some after market items, like a running board and tires. Skylar has the patience of Job, and a great sense of humor. He stayed on top of the process and made sure everything was completed 100% accurately. He was intent on up selling me and I would have walked away from the deal had it not been for my wife wanting the car. I resent the high pressure and even though this is not my first purchase from this dealer it will probably by my last. I don’t have to be treated this way as there are other dealerships. More
