Some Good, Some Bad Casey Cook was very professional selling a 2019 Tundra to us. Casey gets 5 stars. But, once we agreed on price, we had to wait for more than 1.5 hours for a finance person to make our cash purchase, only to be rudely treated by finance guy Jay. Jay gets 1 star. That took all the fun out of buying a new truck! Overall, Peterson Toyota gets 3 stars for not having enough finance staff on a Wednesday, and an "I Won't Go Back" rating. More
