It was at that point, that Chris's professionalism and incredible product knowledge convinced me to proceed with the purchase. Chris sold the most practical Highlander that would fit my needs. It was my choice to upgrade to more bells and whistles. During the entire process, I never once felt pressured into a 'deal' Chris frequently asked the correct questions to assure both of us that I was making the decisions, not him.
