The service the fast and the people nice. But I've been bring in my Prius Prime to get serviced here and I'm always happy with the service and the people. Everyone is very help and informative. But, I was very surprised that absolutely no one was taking any precautions during a pandemic. Your service people meet with many people throughout the day, you would think that you would at least try to follow some of the CDC guidelines. I hope that you will reconsider your policy in this regard for the safety of your employees and your customers. Thank you! More

They hide most important things during presentation of the new car and they screw me hiding "by the law"...If we know that stupid noise (RAV R HYBRID) is safety feature we will never buy that annoying car.They purposely hide that from customers (otherwise nobody buy that particular car).45 minutes after we sign papers I am back to return car and they hide buy the law.Bull story.They treat me that if I drop of car I will screw my excellent credit history and if still insist to return car I will lost $ 5 - 6 grand. I am TOYOTA PETERSON and LEXUS customer last 21 years and with new menager I can see only greed and dishonesty. Again last 21 years I buy / exchange many,many cars with PETERSON dealership and this is way how they appreciate business. ... WOW . Also I create case against that screw up AT TOYOTA USA and still working with TOYOTA represents to see how we can solve bad deal.Again if TOYOTA salesman was honest and he show us all about car I will change to regular RAV 4 not Hybrid model. We worked with Russ Robertson who is the Toyota Assistant Service Manager. My husband and I had to take our car down for an airbag recall and knew we would probably have to get some work done while we w Service Manager. Normally getting work done on our SUV is a fortune and because of this, we were waiting to get the repairs done especially during COVID -19 since we were trying to save during the financial crisis. As we suspected, our brakes were in very bad shape. They changed all four brake pads, brake discs, and brake rotors. Along with a few general overdue maintenance repairs. We were terrified to get the total and were nervous to get them back since some dealerships have a reputation of being overpriced and not very “user friendly”. But these friendly employees blew us away with their hard work to help us earn a good price and save so much money. Russ worked hard to find us all the rebates that were applicable to us and worked hard to save us money in any way possible. When we got the car back we realized that some things that we had brought into other repair shops that didn’t get fixed that the past repair shops had charged for, were fixed with no additional charge as a courtesy to us. We didn’t realize how wrong some things felt when we were driving until they were fixed. We are so happy to have been able to get our car repairs at the Toyota dealership. Russ has been so helpful to us as an advocate for ourselves and our money, he has been truly wonderful to us. We trust them so much we will be dropping off our car again today to get the AC fixed (we’ve taken it to two different repair shops four times and the problem still persists and we feel confident that these workers can fix us up once and for all based on our previous experience)! More
I’m so very upset about m my whole experience with the dealership at this point! They ran my credit without asking me if it was okay or getting my consent when I was paying $32,000 cash and didn’t need to dealership at this point! It lowered my credit score so currently I don’t qualify for mortgage loan I was getting. Realized after we left the dealership that night there’s a chip in the windshield of a bran new car! Then we come back to have accessories added and they toss our car like a police raid to tint the windows! Our stuff was thrown all over the car! They broke my baby stroller and now a piece of it is missing. Not to mention they said they would detail my car and get the water spots off, but I doubt they even washed it because something got spilled on the drivers side mirror I had clean off from leaving my vehicle with them. Now I’m going to have to come back to have my window tint fixed because of one windows has a bunch of bubbles and looks terrible! I had to go back and put more miles on my car plus another day missed of worked because we drove up from Jerome to buy our vehicle to get them to fix that window. As if all that wasn't enough, whoever fixed my tint cut up the paint around window! I had to come back yet AGAIN to have them fix all the scratches from fixing my tint. The fixed tint job is a little better, but not perfect, and they didn't really fix the scratches! I just hate them so much, I'm just done fighting with them to "fix" anything anymore. I will never go back! Worst experience at a car dealer and it should have been the easiest! I bought my car outright with cash for crying out loud! More
