1 star because there isn’t a lower option.I purchased a 1 star because there isn’t a lower option. I purchased a vehicle from the Lexus side of the Peterson Toyota dealership. I purchased the extended warr 1 star because there isn’t a lower option. I purchased a vehicle from the Lexus side of the Peterson Toyota dealership. I purchased the extended warranty protection at the advice of the finance person I dealt with. He told me my warranty covered all the electronics and carried complimentary oil changes for three years. Since purchase I had electronic issues and guess what...? Yep not covered at all. Since purchase I have had my oil changed for the past year and was just told this is the last covered oil change......yep yet another lie from the finance person. Last time I was told the service manager would call.....he didn’t have the time to speak to me and asked someone else call who couldn’t help. The lack of integrity by the finance department staff at the Lexus side was and continues to to be non existent. Lies and promises not stood behind....seems to be the norm here. Brent Williams More

I am on my fourth Toyota/Lexus vehicle from Peterson Toyota. They have been great until I purchased this 2021 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. When I got it home I noticed I couldn't hear the rear speakers, and whe Toyota. They have been great until I purchased this 2021 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. When I got it home I noticed I couldn't hear the rear speakers, and when I ran the fader to the rear I could hear them if I turned it up real loud. When I try to balance the front and rear speakers the front distorts because they are overdriven. TWICE I tried to get this addressed, TWICE I opened a case with Toyota, and TWICE I had to take it to the dealership - TWICE they came back after making me wait two hours each time and said "that is just the way the 2021 Tacoma is" without diagnosing my vehicle or even checking into the wiring. It is clearly a fault because a friend's 2020 Tacoma has loud rear speakers, my 2021 doesn't. They bill it as a "six speaker audio system" but the truth is it is a four speaker audio system - only the front plays. It's a great truck, but after almost twenty years of being a Peterson Toyota customer and being blown off by both Toyota and Peterson on this problem, I will not be going back to Peterson Toyota for my next vehicle. More

I purchased a new 2021 Tundra Pickup with a nice options package on Dec 31, 2020. I figured it would be nice to end 2020 on a high note. Our salesman was Josh Bosier. I had visited with Josh earlier in t package on Dec 31, 2020. I figured it would be nice to end 2020 on a high note. Our salesman was Josh Bosier. I had visited with Josh earlier in the year when I was shopping around and he was very helpful answering my "Tundra" questions. So, after locating the truck we wanted to purchase, we talked through the available accessories we wanted to add, and then Josh got us through the sales paperwork quickly and smoothly. We were able to do all of this and drive off the lot in a new truck in just a couple hours. I really appreciated the fair price offered for my trade-in and the no-pressure sales discussion with Josh.
