The people I dealt with with in the dealership were very efficient, easy going, not high pressure. But I am disappointed that my salesman did not go over the vehicle thoroughly - I had a recent purchase at efficient, easy going, not high pressure. But I am disappointed that my salesman did not go over the vehicle thoroughly - I had a recent purchase at another Boise dealership where the sales man showed me every flaw and detail before I purchased the car, At Toyota the ales man did not help me to see issues with the vehicle I purchased. So when I got home I found scratches in the exterior of the truck bed. They are mostly in the clear coat layer of the panels sand so they are easy to fix. But I do not understand why that was not done by the dealership prior to my purchase. Man, that was disappointing. Additionally the rear bed of the pickup was filthy and stained. It took me hours to clean it up and it is still not complete. I just don't understand why a Toyota dealer would not take more pride in the certified used items they are selling. And that his why I dan not rank them higher than I did. So even if I recommend the dealership, I would caution the people that I give recommendations to to be careful of what they purchase. More
