The only negative was the waiting time (60 minutes+) to meet with the person who handles the preparation and signing of the documentation of the purchase - Peterson Toyota would be wise to train a couple more folks for this role so that customers can more quickly complete their purchase once they have committed to buy. He gathered information to determine what I was looking for and my price range, then he showed me three vehicles that met my specs. I looked at two Camrys and test-drove one. I also test-drove an Avalon. Mike went along on the rides and was helpful in explaining how certain features worked. He never pressured me into buying right away. He worked with me to get a fair price. We exchanged several emails and texts and Mike always got back to me promptly. Suffice to say, I would highly recommend Mike Henderson and Peterson Toyota. My experience was brief. I challenged the first salesperson--Petra Tactacan-to find me a 4Runner: a) less than 5 years old, b) less than 100,000 miles and ) under $30K. It was less than 24 hours later that she called with a new (used) rig meeting 2 of the 3 criteria and the low mileage made up for the extra year. I was prepared to write a check when they offered a deal: finance through Toyota and save $1,000 on the price. Done! Not 5 stars? Well, somebody ordered or supplied the wrong running boards. 2 hours wasted waiting for nothing and another trip needed to get them. More

I Bought A brand new Corolla In November had A Good experience so Went Back figuring Would be The same experience Boy Was I wrong I went to the lot looking for Toyota 4Runner so Monday was their having experience so Went Back figuring Would be The same experience Boy Was I wrong I went to the lot looking for Toyota 4Runner so Monday was their having my Daughters Corolla serviced was looking at Few 4Runners Found one spoke to Carlos looked at One but was not 4x4 So Carlos was gng to go check and see what else they had and Come to the service department I waited for 45 Minutes he never came back just blew us off so figured he really didn't want A sale So called after my Daughter found one on the internet and she Spoke to Chris Larson Salesman So then I called and spoke to Him Wednesday about the 4Runner Salesman stated vehicle needed to go through detail still He asked me if I was A serious Buyer And I told Him I was allready pre-qualified He stated he Would put The 4Runner on Hold it was getting late and Chris was off Thursday So we made A plan I would come Friday Afternoon I figured he was sending it through Detail before I looked at it So I came Friday late afternoon and car still was not detailed they ran car through quick car Wash Chris said still needed Detailed Was filthy Inside And scratches all over outside the inside covered in Mud the undercarriage was All rusty looking But he said he was sending to detail after I left I told him I'm very interested in The 4Runner still And wanted to come see it as soon as it was detailed Figured they would really clean her up make her look good So Chris was gng to let me know as soon as it was Detailed Saturday I would come back .When I left he new I was very interested in the 4Runner we were texting back and fourth about it so First thing today He texts me and says After he left last night another salesman sold the 4Runner Wow So much for putting Holds on Vehicles for customers. Not at all A great experience very dissapointed in the Whole Thing obviously the salesman do not have good communication their with each other..If Vehicle says Hold that means nothing to them Their ..
