I have purchased 2 vehicles from Peterson's and had great experiences both times. The first vehicle I bought, I had a trade in that I needed to deal with and a specific color and package that I was looking experiences both times. Shawn Lancaster was very helpful and patient in find the vehicle I was looking for. I felt I received a fair value for the vehicle I traded in, and the price I paid on the new vehicle was as good as I could have expected. I had accessories put on aftermarket through the dealership and with Shawn's help that process was painless. He contacted the different venders and shuttled the truck around to have everything completed so all I had to do was show up and drive the truck home. I would highly recommend Peterson's and Shawn Lancaster is top notch. More

With the care and knowledge Shelby demonstrated, we were hopeful that we would also have confidence and feel good purchasing our next vehicle from Peterson. So...in August 2010 we enjoyed a very comfortable buying experience with Joe Egbert, Sales Consultant. Joe patiently helped us through the process as we considered the purchase of a new Lexus RX 350. Joe is a zero pressure guy and worked with us in a manner that showed he actually cared that we were not only impressed with the new Lexus, but that the deal we arrived at to make it happen would not be something we would later have second thoughts about. In December, after doing a lot of research on a possible new Tundra purchase, I again got with Joe and explored moving forward on a new pickup with the certain options and color that I would want. Joe again was very helpful and respected the advance research I had done. Joe assisted me with what I needed to know to make my decision. I found that the time to purchase as well as the price was right for me. I am very happy with my 2011 Tundra. With the great service we got from Shelby and Joe, I expect that the supportive relationship we enjoy with Peterson Toyota will continue on! More
