I am new in Boise, so this was my first time at Peterson Toyota. It was a very good experience and I was not talked "down to" just because I am a senior female. Jake Pereyra was excellent at explaining everything to me and was most helpful in answering all my questions. It was necessary to have a new battery installed plus having my car serviced and I was shown the test that was done on the battery and that was explained fully to me. All in all I rate it a very good experience and I most certainly will be taking my back there for servicing or any other problems that I might have. More
The service center is very friendly and helpful. The staff is good at answering all of my questions. This dealership is unique in that the first Service Advisor that helps you is the same one who keeps you informed on the progress of your vehicle and when it's ready. Very pleasant and professional. For the oil change aspect of this visit, they get a 5. Jake was fun to talk to. The oil change was a freebie as it was for the 1st 5000 miles after a new car purchase, so the price was great. Generally I would give Peterson repair pricing and service an "ok" based on previous experience with an older Toyota. The average wait time for a scheduled oil change is an hour, which is more than I'd like to wait. If you are not scheduled, it is often longer than that. The strong suit of the repair and service department at Peterson Toyota is the friendliness. More
