I took my 2010 Prius in for the 19,000 mile service today, October 5, 2011. I had made the appointment with Jacob yesterday without any problem. I arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately greeted b today, October 5, 2011. I had made the appointment with Jacob yesterday without any problem. I arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately greeted by a smiling, friendly Jacob. With in a few minutes the paperwork was completed and Jacob told me that it would be about and hour to complete the service. I went to the waiting area. Sure enough in just less than an hour he came and told me that the service was completed, what had been done and that all was well with the car. I am on a service agreement and so the service cost was covered. My car was waiting inside as it was raining and soon I was on my way. Jacob is very friendly while being efficient and informative. I have had him as my service adviser for well over four years. He knows me and always calls me by name. I can recommend him most highly as professional and personable. He knows his job and his costumers and I continue to look forward to him for counsel and service on my car in the years ahead. I have given this rating because of my pleasure and confidence in Jacob Pereyra's service and the opportunity to comment on him and the great Peterson Dealership which he reflects. More
Peterson Toyota Service Department is AWESOME. Shelby Billig has taken care of us and our car for the past three years. Woman to woman is such a nice change. I can go to her about a rattle in the dash and she's all over it. She goes out for a drive - listens - hears it, takes care of it. She always makes me feel like there's never a rattle (or something other) too small that can't be fixed! Always good about doing the extras too. It's called the Service Department for a reason, and Peterson Toyota delivers the goods. More

This was my second visit. My car was taken at or before the appointment time. Each time the service was done in less time than estmated. The employees have always been pleasant. I am new in Boise, so this was my first time at Peterson Toyota. It was a very good experience and I was not talked "down to" just because I am a senior female. Jake Pereyra was excellent at explaining everything to me and was most helpful in answering all my questions. It was necessary to have a new battery installed plus having my car serviced and I was shown the test that was done on the battery and that was explained fully to me. All in all I rate it a very good experience and I most certainly will be taking my back there for servicing or any other problems that I might have. More

Good service as usual. Although I didn't have an appointment (for the express service) our car was done 1/2 hour earlier than the time Shelby estimated, including the wash!
