Took my car in for an oil change and a slow leaking tire. They found a nail in the tire and repaired it and performed the oil change service. We are leaving for a road trip today. Breaks went out yesterday. We called and let Shelby know the situation. She managed to work the car in around noon. We had it back by 5:30. Not only were the breaks fixed but all of the recall work on our Prius were completed as well. I took my 2010 Prius in for the 19,000 mile service today, October 5, 2011. I had made the appointment with Jacob yesterday without any problem. I arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately greeted b today, October 5, 2011. I had made the appointment with Jacob yesterday without any problem. I arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately greeted by a smiling, friendly Jacob. With in a few minutes the paperwork was completed and Jacob told me that it would be about and hour to complete the service. I went to the waiting area. Sure enough in just less than an hour he came and told me that the service was completed, what had been done and that all was well with the car. I am on a service agreement and so the service cost was covered. My car was waiting inside as it was raining and soon I was on my way. Jacob is very friendly while being efficient and informative. I have had him as my service adviser for well over four years. He knows me and always calls me by name. I can recommend him most highly as professional and personable. He knows his job and his costumers and I continue to look forward to him for counsel and service on my car in the years ahead. I have given this rating because of my pleasure and confidence in Jacob Pereyra's service and the opportunity to comment on him and the great Peterson Dealership which he reflects. More
Peterson Toyota Service Department is AWESOME. Shelby Billig has taken care of us and our car for the past three years. Woman to woman is such a nice change. She always makes me feel like there's never a rattle (or something other) too small that can't be fixed! Always good about doing the extras too.
