The ease to schedule an appointment, the manner myself and others are treated, the neatness of the waiting area, the timely and efficient manner are always present, if an item is noted or corrected it is well explained. This time and others Shelby has been the Service Advisor. I eidh to point out Jake Pereyra, Jeff Crabtree and others have assisted me. I have only the highest of commendations for all. My daughter and I first bought cars at Peterson's in 1994 and look forward to future years as customers. I recommend Peterson's without any reservations. Continue your fine service. More

Over almost five years, I have never had a bad experience, and have cnsistgently received what I would consider above average service and friendliness. Shelby and the Technician were very friendly and professional. They both made sure the work was done corretly before my car was returned to me. I took my 2009 Corola there, because I was having ele professional. They both made sure the work was done corretly before my car was returned to me. I took my 2009 Corola there, because I was having electrical problems. The Technician was great in finding a leaking windshield and explaining how it was causing the problem. Since the windshield had been installed by another company, Shelby was awesome in helping to get them involved to repair the windshield. It took the windshield company two tries to fix the leak. The Technician was not impressed with the first attempt and suggested my cart sit overnight and retest the leak. It still leaked, so the windshield companey was called again to work on it. This time, they took the time to fix it correctly. Thanks Petersons for taking the time to make sure it was fixed correctly. Awesome job! More

She's a great service advisor. And the mechanics are all highly well trained. Peterson has kept our "aging" vehicles on the road for years now. Without ever having to go through a breakdown. That's saying a lot for both Toyotas and the mechanics for an 86 MR2, a 94 Forerunner and a 2000 Tundra. More

I regularly have my '07 Tundra serviced at Peterson. All employees are very friendly and helpful and they have free rides to and from the dealership. I most recently had a sound from the driveline or wheels employees are very friendly and helpful and they have free rides to and from the dealership. I most recently had a sound from the driveline or wheels when going slow and they diagnosed it as bad wheel bearings and replaced them under the manufacturer's warranty.
