Shelby has been great during my last two service visits. I used to have a problem with the service department not returning calls in a timely manner or not at all. I hope this has been fixed. I was extremely shocked at how high the estimate was to do the repairs. I had a similar experience with my wife's vehicle. In both instances we were told we needed to replace the water pump and might as do the repairs. I had a similar experience with my wife's vehicle. In both instances we were told we needed to replace the water pump and might as well change the timing belt due to the "savings". Both vehicles have about 70-75K miles. I chose to take my Sequoia to another repair shop. On average, each repair item saved me about 40 percent by going to a different repair shop, It pays to look around. Given these tight economic times, I was very disappointed in Peterson Motors and the high prices they were trying to charge me. More
