I have a Toyota Venza and bought the extended oil changes so I have always taken my car to the dealership for services. But because of the excilent service Shelby has given me I will go there long after the so I have always taken my car to the dealership for services. But because of the excilent service Shelby has given me I will go there long after the Venza is gone. I have had other makes but will stick with Toyota as long as I continue to have service people like Shelby! More

As per usual, my experience with the service department was very good. Every employee I came in contact with was very friendly. All aspects of the service performed were well explained. I always have a great experience at Peterson. They take care of my car and make great time doing so and they are great about letting me know as soon as it is ready to be picked up.
