RO# 230495. No complaints. The waiting room leaves a lot to be desired and occasionally you have to wait for the shuttle, but otherwise, all is good. lot to be desired and occasionally you have to wait for the shuttle, but otherwise, all is good. More
The difference between the YMCA and a country club is how you are treated. I felt like was at a country club the moment I came in the door. We own 3 toyotas, and always take them to Peterson Toyota for service and maintenance. All of the workers there treat us like family. I highly recommend them for sales or service. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The waiting area was big and there were plenty of places to sit. I was happy to see tables as well. I came in to have spare keys made for my new Rav4 and needed a ride to go to another place while they were being made. A shuttle ride was provided for me for which I appreciated very much. The low tire needed a ride to go to another place while they were being made. A shuttle ride was provided for me for which I appreciated very much. The low tire sign had appeared on the dash board indicating I had a low tire. The young fellow who checked the tires for me found that a couple were a bit low but one was more so than the other one. I asked him why they were low and he said that in cold weather they tend to go down. I had never heard of that before but took him for his word after he filled them. After driving 155 miles back home the low tire sign came on again. There was a nail in the tire that had had the lowest pressure when I was there in Boise. I wonder if he should have recommended that we check the tire that had shown the lowest pressure. It was lucky that I didn't have the tire go flat while I was driving 75 MPH on the interstate to Rupert. I'll know better another time to just ask to have a low tire checked. More
