Oil change. My battery failed the checks and needed to be replaced. Jeff called and explained this to me and how much longer it would take to replace the battery as well as the pricing and warranty that came replaced. Great experience overrall. Courtesy driver very accomodating (Kieth). When I picked up my car, it had not been washed, but when I asked about this, they were agreeable to accomodate me, however I accomodating (Kieth). While getting an oil change, I asked about getting my Navigation System updated and asked about a price. Sam Luna said he'd do the research and get back to me. When Sam came to get me, we were talking and I failed to give him a coupon for 25%off the taillight replacement (discovered while doing a multi-point inspection.) I got home and discovered I was charged $194.85 for the update to my GPS. I immediately called Sam, who agreed I should have been charged $169 and was also entitled to the 25% off the taillight. He said I'd have to bring in the paperwork when I came in again and he'd take care of making things right. I'm going through a divorce and need to have things right now! More
I'm not sure who took my paper work out of my car when I had it in the shop. I'm hoping they find it and return it to me. (I called back requesting it.) Took my truck in for a 20,000 mile checkup. I had it scheduled for one day but I had to reschedule it a different day. Jeff was real helpful with getting me rescheduled. Just there for an oil change - had asked for my rear camera to be checked and it didn't happen. That was a bit of a disappointment. I was told to come in some time during the week since they didn't kn camera to be checked and it didn't happen. That was a bit of a disappointment. I was told to come in some time during the week since they didn't know if it was adjustable. Not sure why I would have to come in for that when they can probably ask someone and get back to me. But overall I'm pleased. More
