I was introduced to my Service Advisor, Sam Luna, who immediately briefed me on what services were to be performed and an estimated time it would take to complete. He even offered a complimentary hand car wash at no extra charge. The service was complete in a timely manner and I left the facility feeling that I had received an excellent servicing of my vehicle by a dedicated crew of professionals. I just came in for a six-month oil change and the service was excellent. I'm not a mechanic so I don't double check work done on my truck but I always feel confident the work was done professionally and the was excellent.
