Both called me back each time I called (and it seemed like I called a lot). Bret (and Shelby) took time to answer all my questions and even had my car washed. They overestimate the price a little so there were no surprises and even suggested the service areas I could wait on to cut the bill. More
Very Personable, thoughtful, helpful and informative. Sam Luna was an excellent Service Advisor. Appointment was on time. Vehicle was finished on time. I appreciated the use of a rental vehicle while my vehicle was being fixed, under warranty. I was having an engine light comming on constantly on my 2003 Highlander. It turns out I have a big problem. The total repair is going to be over $1600.00. I deeply appreciated Bret's empathy and him pre 2003 Highlander. It turns out I have a big problem. The total repair is going to be over $1600.00. I deeply appreciated Bret's empathy and him presenting other options to me such as trading my car in and explaining to me a new financing program they are going to get which would help me to be able to afford my repair. No complaints with the people, they do a very good job. I am continually irritated that there is ALWAYS some type of oil change "coupon" available...but only if I ask for it. The service people are very accommodating when I do however I would much prefer that I get the "right" price each time rather than have to ask for whatever coupon is being offered. It's obvious Peterson is simply hoping that I won't ask so that they can make another $5-$10 on the transaction. I have warned other customers not to trust the pricing. For the once a year or so that I forget to ask for the money off Peterson makes an extra $5 however at the price of a customer that doesn't trust them to deal honestly, and warns his friends about it. The people here are solid, it is the policy of the dealership that I question. When a person KNOWS that they are dealing with a business that they have to "catch" on something so minor as this, one has to wonder what is not getting caught this is major. More
Sam is friendly, personable, and sincere. He went above and beyond what I would expect from any customer service representative. I went for a simple oil change. Sam asked about the vehicle and I mentioned and beyond what I would expect from any customer service representative. I went for a simple oil change. Sam asked about the vehicle and I mentioned how much I loved my RAV4 but was sad it had just gotten a small scratch. Without even asking, he had the auto body shop buff-out the scratch gratis. I cannot be more effusive about my praise for Sam. More
