This visit was very frustrating. I went in for an oil change. They told me there was a leak in the seal by the timing cover. I agreed to have this done without getting a second opinion. Then they phoned and told me they got in there and found I needed a new water pump and I agreed to it even though I thought it was questionable. I phoned around 2:30 because I had not heard from anybody and was told they had trouble with a bolt. Then I receive a phone call saying they put the water pump on and it was leaking antifreeze. They did offer a 10% discount because they would have to keep it overnight. I did not ask for the water pump until the next morning which must have been too late. If I come back in I will not authorize work to be done unless I check with someone else first. The best part of this vist was the shuttle car driver. Keith was courteous and polite. He gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day when I phoned. More
