The salesman tried to focus only on new cars, when asked about new and used inventory. We actually found the used car online at your dealership after we came home from our initial visit. After purchasing the car, the detailing could have been better - marks on the driver's door remained. Only one set of keys were delivered with the car. We tentatively set an appointment for Monday to return and pick up the keys. Called to confirm time. Did not get a return call from salesman to confirm his availability. He said he was busy. When we discussed additional parts for the car, we mention prices from other dealers, then we told go buy the parts from another dealer. We finally received the second set of keys a week later. The promised window sticker has yet to be provided. Would we recommend this dealership? Yes, but buyer beware. Finally, working directly with the parts department was a great experience. We did not continue working with the salesman, but instead worked directly with Parts. They were willing to work with us. When the first group of parts came in, Parts notified us that some of the parts had been received but also notified us that all the parts had not been and gave us the option to schedule two appointments or one later. I took the car in for 25,000 mile service. Was told at purchase the first 5 services were no cost to us, but upon arrival was told the car had over 25,o000 so it would cost us. Deceptive.
