I was referred to Troy by a business associate that has enjoyed purchasing new cars through him and the Peterson dealership. Although I live in Nampa, the site of another Toyoto dealership, I elected to se enjoyed purchasing new cars through him and the Peterson dealership. Troy was very knowledgable about the Toyota cars we were interested in and although we ( my wife and I) were conflicted initially about which car to buy, he was patient and supportive explaining the features of both cars and answering all of our questions. In negotiations he listened to my concerns and worked with the differences to come to a fair price. It was obvious the Peterson Company is interested in establishing a long term relationship with their customers. In my past car dealing experiences I have always been treated with respect and friendliness but the tone was much more aloof once the sale was completed.
