I have been in the service department a few times since I purchased my new car. It bothers me when I drive in and am basically ignored. The people do not make an effort at all to ask if they can help you i purchased my new car. It bothers me when I drive in and am basically ignored. The people do not make an effort at all to ask if they can help you in any way. When you do go to their kiosk they appear to care less if you are there or not. The firs time I ordered something from their parts department they were supposed to call me when it came in. I wound up calling them after three weeks. They told me it was there but when I went in two days later they had to search for fifteen minutes or more to find my purchase. As for pricing of parts and services, I think that they are way overpriced. I recently had an issue with my vehicle that was not covered by warranty. They looked at it, found the problem, and gave me a quote of what it would cost for parts and service. I took my vehicle to someone else and it cost a third of what I was quoted at Peterson's. More

We stopped in to Peterson's to look at a 2013 Highlander to replace our 04 4Runner. We were also checking out the Honda Pilot, Nissan Pathfinder, and GMC Acadia.
