I got a new lexus in September of 1991 before Mark Peterson had the franchise and have had all my service work done there since. I put 246,000 miles on my LS400 before selling it and I still see it i Peterson had the franchise and have had all my service work done there since. I put 246,000 miles on my LS400 before selling it and I still see it in town now and then so I know it is still running and I know that Peterson Motors was a big part of that. I got my wife an RX330 and Peterson has done a great job with that also. The last Repair Order(#107447) was a recall item and they even covered my fuel to drive down from Ketchum. They also gave me a Recommended Treatment Plan to keep up with the proper service needs. Thank you Gary Sheffield and Peterson Lexus. More

I first called to see if I could use a Toyota coupon for a brake repair and was assured something could be worked out. I also asked if he could reattach my original wiper blades and change the rubber as the aftermarket ones my husband had installed were not working as well. Gary promised to call with a status report and did (on both my home and cell). I was advised when to pick up my car. It was ready when promised and the price was even better than I expected because Gary had applied the coupon discount even though it was not specifically for Lexus models. More

Bought Lexus a couple of years ago - this service was for two recalls issued by Lexus.
