Used ES350 - best dealership experience ever I've been driving/buying/selling cars for over 35 years and this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Was in the market for I've been driving/buying/selling cars for over 35 years and this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Was in the market for a new (to me) car and saw a couple at Peterson I was interested in. Made an internet inquiry, got on a chat with Lindi. She answered all my questions and hooked me up with Keith who contacted me in less than 15 minutes. Stopped by after work and drove a couple models but there really was no decision - the ES 350 was my baby. Went home to sleep on it, did some more research and called Keith in the morning, asked him for some service records and other documents and told him where I needed to be from a cost perspective. He emailed the records I asked for and called me back after lunch. We settled on what I considered to be a fair and equitable price for both parties and told him I'd take it - done deal. There was absolutely no pressure, no scraping and squabbling over every little thing, just a good honest deal with a handshake and a thoroughly satisfied customer. Assuming the dealership continues to treat me well I will not buy a car anywhere else. This is my dealership and Keith is my "car guy". Thoroughly enjoyable experience, couldn't be happier. More
