Purchase hybrid I tried to set up most of the sale over the phone to avoid an all day experience at the dealer. I knew what I wanted and the SUV was parked in front for a test drive when I arrived. I loved it. Closing the deal took longer than I wanted but it was more due to Saturday bank delays. Price was made fair as was the trade. I felt I had done enough research on the vehicles and that coupled with a good salesman, the deal went smooth and I left without feeling that bad taste that I have had on prior vehicle purchases.
