Absolutely ATROCIOUS. I would never purchase a vehicle from this h3ll hole of slimy sleazy salespeople. I had a signed Contract to purchase an LX 600 to be registered at I would never purchase a vehicle from this h3ll hole of slimy sleazy salespeople. I had a signed Contract to purchase an LX 600 to be registered at my family’s vacation home to meet their “in-state sales policy.” But then, like any shady business, they snubbed me. They sold the Car out from under me. Without even a courtesy call to inform me that suddenly, my family’s estate does not qualify because part of it is used as “lodging.” I call BS on that. I am willing to bet they found out they can sell the car at a higher Market Adjustment to someone else, and decided to back out of a deal, a contractual agreement. I will be consulting my attorney to seek a Legal remedy, as well as filing a complaint against their Bond or Insurance. Hopefully, their poor professionalism is reflected in their bottom line over the next few years, and they are forced to sell and clean house… Disgusted and appalled by them. (In case that is not obvious.) As a Veteran, and someone that believes in the American Dream, these people have no respect for the ideals of free trade or any form of Capitalism, in America, if you can afford something you can buy it unless, of course, some absurd arbitrary rule makes it to where you cannot purchase because of potentially discriminative business practices... My wife and I traded in our Subaru and bought a Toyota Highlander...And when it was all said and done they ended up paying our Subaru loan but they did a short payoff and when I called they wouldn't take Highlander...And when it was all said and done they ended up paying our Subaru loan but they did a short payoff and when I called they wouldn't take care of it...The bank even called them and still nothing..You would think they would call the bank to find out what the payoff amount would be...So much for my credit rating.... Poor Poor finance agent. More

Yesterday afternoon I discovered I had a screw in my front tire. I drove to Peterson's and Don assessed the situation and he and Chris Pink were able to squeeze me in (even though it 4:40 p.m.) and fix front tire. I drove to Peterson's and Don assessed the situation and he and Chris Pink were able to squeeze me in (even though it 4:40 p.m.) and fix my tire. In addition, they showed me how to check my tire pressure via the dash display. While I was waiting for my car, I spoke to Robert about a new truck in June for my husband.
