"Best experience with an auto dealership sales person ever" I was recently in a serious accident, resulting in the total loss of my 2010 Lexus RX 350. I am convinced I walked away from this crash due to the fac I was recently in a serious accident, resulting in the total loss of my 2010 Lexus RX 350. I am convinced I walked away from this crash due to the fact that this was the car I was driving; therefore, a Lexus was the only car I was interested in to replace it. Walking in to Peterson Lexus, we were approached by Michael Kinsman. Our initial impression was of a soft-spoken, very kind man. We explained the circumstances, for which he appeared sincerely empathetic. Michael was extremely patient throughout the process, responding to all questions in a straightforward and complete manner, and, at no time did he attempt to pressure us in any way. He was very reassuring during the test drive and seemed more concerned with my comfort and needs than in the actual act of selling me a car. In the end, I purchased the RX 450 Hybrid. This is now my third RX and I can't imagine driving any other car. I love my new vehicle; and, Michael made the process of purchasing it much less of an ordeal than it often feels like. I would recommend Michael Kinsman to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. More
