I started by emailing the dealership with questions regarding a vehicle I saw on the website. The response was prompt but not pushy. I was directed to Mike Diaz who answered all my question, got me quotes, and did not make me feel rushed in my decision. After a few days of emailing back and forth, I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. Mike was wonderful during the whole process and I believe got me a good deals on my lease. I did look into another Audi but the cost (down payment and monthly cost) was quite a bit more expensive.
