Buying our second car at this dealership was great It was time for us to retire our 2007 RX350, so we met with salesperson Jake McArthur so see what was available on the lot. We had been looking at other dealerships and models for something comparable, but after our visit with Jake, everything seemed to fall into place. We decided on another (2019) RX350, after considering downsizing to an NX or smaller model, but realized the RX was better for longer rides, which we plan to take in our coming years of retirement. The process was seamless, including the financial (purchase) portion. This is our second purchase at this dealership, and based on our two experiences, I cannot fathom purchasing anywhere else. More
