I have been doing business with Lexus for years. There service has always been exceptional, but today when I pulled in there was no one to meet me at my car, I waited and went in to the wrong guy. Crooks - Buyer beware Never experience such dishonest people as much as I have with Peterson Lexus. Buyer beware. Here is my story: I was told the car I purchased was a Never experience such dishonest people as much as I have with Peterson Lexus. Buyer beware. Here is my story: I was told the car I purchased was a one owner, low miles, and accident free vehicle, with a clean Car fax, more than once by the sales rep. Blake. The next day I notice the defect in the bodywork; I immediately called Peterson and drove down the car right down. I shared my concerns at that time with Tony (Lexus sales Manager) and he said they (Peterson) could not improve on the bodywork, and that is way it goes… sometimes. You know the risk when buying a used card. They cannot guarantee anything….They (Peterson) say it comes with a 180 point inspection, 90 day warranty…but they don’t guarantee anything. So, I went to two different Auto body shops to get it fixed and they were both surprise how bad the repair was done it the first place and noticed it right away…Both shops said “why did you not go back to Peterson to get it fix?” So I called up Tony (Lexus sales) said that two auto body shops were shocked and said Peterson would had notice and told you before you purchase the vehicle and said to see what Peterson would do to make things right. Tony (Lexus sales) told me the same thing “that there is nothing they could do.” I ask if I could talk with someone else?... Tony (Lexus sales) being not very professional forward me to Brandon (Lexus Sales Manager) he asked me to come down so he can look at it. After seeing it and calling me fussy…. He said go down to their Auto Body Shop (Peterson) which I did to get an estimate. They noticed it right away and came back with an higher estimate than any other auto body shop I’ve been too. I asked Brandon “what could Peterson do for me”... and he said $100 towards repairs and that’s it. The cost for repairs is $2,300 and all they can come up with is $100 and insults about how fussy I am. Pretty much telling me to get lost and stop bugging them. Again…Buyer beware. More
Recently, I visited Peterson Lexus where I purchased a used GS350. My salesman, Matt, did a great job in explaining all the features and what I can expect from the vehicle. Matt endured all of my many questions and went on several test drives with me; which significantly contributed to my decision to purchase. The process was smooth throughout. Afterwards, I needed a few accessories and Armin in the service department was great to work with. I am used to excellent service from Peterson Toyota, and their Lexus dealership is just as good! Great purchasing experience Really appreciate Jake following up with us a few days after our initial visit to let us know that a new vehicle matching what we were looking for had Really appreciate Jake following up with us a few days after our initial visit to let us know that a new vehicle matching what we were looking for had become available. We scheduled with him to come test-drive the next day and they had the vehicle pulled around front and waiting for us. Price was good, and the vehicle was in great condition. Jake had the Carfax printed out for us, and after test-driving, we decided to purchase. The sales process was very straight-forward (no negotiating a deal, but no pressure either besides an acceptable amount from Craig in financing to try to get us to purchase a used vehicle extended warranty), and Jake had someone from the Parts department come over to talk about a few accessories we were interested in. Very pleased with the car so far and the entire purchasing experience. More

From not good to worst experience. We spent 100K in just two years in this dealership. We expected a better customer experience. Too many chances in different/multiple transactions, they can't make it right. We would not recommend to get a Lexus or Toyota in this dealership. The people working are not the same as the people before. They don't strive for better result anymore. Please spend you money elsewhere. More
