I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences in Let’s preface this review by saying that I’ve spent over $75,000 at Peterson Lexus here in Boise Idaho. I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences in the past including working with Michael, Joe etc. Went to buy another Lexus tonight. The deal wasn’t successful but the entire process was flawed by dealing with Tony. He is aggressive and unwilling to work with the customer in anyway. My wife overheard him talking about me with another man as I went to look in our existing car for paperwork. This was before we had even interacted! Hard to imagine a Manager?? Could act this way! You should never talk behind a customers back, that is unacceptable in any business. Avoid at all costs! More
