This is the dealer where I purchased my car. I always use them for service. Over all I have been satisfied. This time I made the appointment online ( I usually do). While I was there waiting for my car I received an email saying that my service was complete. When I got home I got another email about a "missed appointment". I did not miss the appointment and it is very odd that after receiving a "service completed" email I would receive a "missed appointment" email. Their online system seems to be a sh..show. More

I took my jeep gladiator 2024 on 29 August 2024 with less than 200 miles on it because it was shimming from the left side (driver).
