1. When I called to inquired what does the multi point inspection is or does or includes, My service advisor couldn’t answer and had to call me back. Then it was explained when he did call that transmissi inspection is or does or includes, My service advisor couldn’t answer and had to call me back. Then it was explained when he did call that transmission fluid is not part of an inspection and i would have to specifically ask for one. This is a horrible policy. I shouldn’t have to micro manage things you guy charge money for. In a vehicle is a work vehicle it would make sense to check the most important features or components of a vehicle. Cause if they looked under the vehicle when rotating the tire or at any point they would have seen the leak. 2. The vehicle was allowed to leave the premises when there is an open recall that specifically states it can cause injury AND IT HAS TO DO WITH THE TRANSMISSION!! 3. 11 days after the service the transmission completely and dangerously failed. 4. Because of everything mentioned above. Now business, that provides for my family, will be down at list for a week. This will cause great hardship on the business and our family. I wasn’t aware of the recall until 09/28/24 when i was arranging a tow to the dealer who will perform, at this point, a new transmission. Now i could understand missing the leak, but letting me leave when there’s a serious open recall, AND NOT MENTIONING ANYTHING IS UNACCEPTABLE More
