A power steering leak developed that would require a full replacement of the Steering Gear Box at great expense. It appeared to be caused by a crack that developed in the cast iron gear box housing. I believed it to be a factory defect. Although the vehicle has been off warranty for over 6 years, the service manager (Mert Logue) went to bat for me and convinced the factory to consider this a warranty issue. He didn't have to do that, but he did. He did the right thing, and I truly appreciate that. My power steering is fully repaired now. The service department work was perfect and they even washed and detailed my truck for me. Just a total "no hassle" experience. I am a happy customer and I would buy again from Peterson's Stampede Dodge. More

The first charger we picked turned out to be a lemon, breaking down the day we drove it off the lot to go home. The dealership not only paid for a rental until the problem was solved they had us pick out a completely new one when they couldn't find the problem in 2 weeks. So instead of calling it "quits" on Dodge we found we trusted them even more because of their honesty and integrity. They lost money on us but did it with such grace that we still return for all our service and car needs. We have put over 16,000 miles on our new car since 4/25/2012 when we purchased our Charger from Paul, and come in for regular service and each visit we reconnect with the whole crew and each time the service is quick, well priced and no appointment needed. Leading up to my purchase, I worked with Carlin for a couple of months. I wanted to order a new Dodge Dart but needed to sell my current vehicle before I could do so. Once I sold my Jeep, I came in to complete the order only to end up falling in love with an Avenger on the lot. Carlin was very helpful in getting everything done quickly as I had a BSU football game to get to. The guy in finance who completed the loan was also great and worked to get me the best rate that he could (which ended up being a great rate).
