After shopping for a truck for 3 weeks or better. I went to peterson stampede. Steve greeted us right away and I explained what I wanted and what the other vehicles that I was looking at buying. The thing I like most about this dealership is that there is no pressure for an immediate sale, or attempts to upsell to more than what I was looking for. I took the car back several weeks after the purchase because of some hard water spots on the glass and paint that I could not remove. Joe in the detail shop had me leave the car to be re-detailed and they did a great job removing the spots, making the car look even better then when it was purchased new. The detail shop went above and beyond and even removed a scuff in the front bumper. I would definitely recommend Stamped Dodge to friends and family. I had a very bad experinece with this dealership. I sometimes don't know how they are still open for business. It started when i decided to start the process to purchase a truck, when i view the truck sometimes don't know how they are still open for business. It started when i decided to start the process to purchase a truck, when i view the truck and test drove it i was told and stated in the tag that the truck will be delivered to me with two set of keys and when i pay for it they gave me only one key. In case you ask why a big deal about a key, well, this keyless remotes they sell them for 3 to $400 each. When i questioned and said i was told the truck comes with 2 keys the manager was rud, very rud and chase me off the door, he stated he was done with me and din't wanted to see me any more. He keeps saying he didn't have to give me the other key and he keep saying:get out of my dealer!! i wouldn't recomen this dealership to no body as there are many other people that complained also while i was there when this happened. More
