After a frustrating several hours at a car dealership in Oregon, I hit the Internet to check on Dodge dealerships in Western Idaho. Within 10 minutes of posting my note of interest on Peterson's web site, I received a call from Chris at Peterson's in Nampa. We booked an appointment for the next Weds. My schedule cleared, so the next day my wife and I headed for Peterson's Nampa dealership. We were greeted at the front door and from that point on, the Peterson team was very effectively focused on our list of questions regarding the technical aspects of our new vehicle quest. The Peterson Sales team was led by Oscar. He patiently and effectively researched our several technical questions regarding load weight and vehicle towing capacity, showing us the numbers from their technical data resources, which clearly supported our stated requirements. We were shown a selection of 5 possible vehicles for our consideration. We given focused test drives by Oscar, and then we test drove several vehicles for comparison. The Peterson's Sales Team was sensitive to our concerns and points of interest. They listened well, and they provided direct technical documentation that answered our vehicle performance technical points of interest. The result for us was a delightful confident satisfaction that the ultimate vehicle of interest clearly met our list of performance requirements and our personal comfort needs when hauling a horses trailer and all our gear. The Express Lube Service at Peterson Dodge was quick, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in less then a half hour. They were able to change my oil, rotate my tires, and check all fluids. After shopping for a truck for 3 weeks or better. I went to peterson stampede. Steve greeted us right away and I explained what I wanted and what the other vehicles that I was looking at buying. I just want to say that Chris Corbett was great to work with. He was very informative about the vehicle (2012 Durango) I was looking at and decided to purchase. The thing I like most about this dealership is that there is no pressure for an immediate sale, or attempts to upsell to more than what I was looking for. I took the car back several weeks after the purchase because of some hard water spots on the glass and paint that I could not remove. Joe in the detail shop had me leave the car to be re-detailed and they did a great job removing the spots, making the car look even better then when it was purchased new. The detail shop went above and beyond and even removed a scuff in the front bumper. I would definitely recommend Stamped Dodge to friends and family. I had a very bad experinece with this dealership. I sometimes don't know how they are still open for business. It started when i decided to start the process to purchase a truck, when i view the truck sometimes don't know how they are still open for business. It started when i decided to start the process to purchase a truck, when i view the truck and test drove it i was told and stated in the tag that the truck will be delivered to me with two set of keys and when i pay for it they gave me only one key. In case you ask why a big deal about a key, well, this keyless remotes they sell them for 3 to $400 each. When i questioned and said i was told the truck comes with 2 keys the manager was rud, very rud and chase me off the door, he stated he was done with me and din't wanted to see me any more. He keeps saying he didn't have to give me the other key and he keep saying:get out of my dealer!! i wouldn't recomen this dealership to no body as there are many other people that complained also while i was there when this happened. More
